Welcome to Grange Farm Campsite

Grange Farm Campsite is in the picturesque village of Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex, near to the coastal resorts of Clacton on Sea, Frinton on Sea & Walton on the Naze, and only a 25 minute drive to the ferry terminal in Harwich.

The Campsite is set in the middle of a small working farm with fabulous walks in the countryside and offers great facilities for tents, caravans, and motorhomes.

Grange Farm Campsite is a quiet site, remaining in keeping with the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, with good sized pitches and a toilet and shower block on each of the three fields.

The Campsite caters for single axle caravans and motorhomes, camper vans and tents.

We are confident that you are going to experience a lovely quiet break at Grange Farm Campsite and hope that you will join the many people who return year upon year.

A great spot with a really friendly helpful owner who gave us a good choice of empty spots in the tent field. Nice walk through the fields to Thorpe le soaken . A good number of toilets and showers in my opinion for a relatively small site. We were cyclists on a tour and would like to have washed clothes though . Other campers children were noisy shouting and screaming playing cricket till after dark at 10pm ? Not a fault of the campsite just entitled parents not being considerate towards other campers.

Amazing campsite, staff were informative, friendly and very helpful. The site was one of the best we have visited. We had lots of space on the electric pitches. The village of Frinton offered great range of pubs, restaurants within walking distance. Very happy to recommend to everyone. We will be returning very soon.

All our pitches have plenty of space for you, your van and your car.

We never overbook and much prefer it when everyone is nicely spaced out and everything is peaceful.

Sandy Beaches

EXPLORE THE ESSEX COASTLINE

Frinton-on-Sea 4 miles and Clacton-on-Sea are just 5 miles away and Walton-on-the-Naze is 6 miles away, all with sandy beaches.

If the tide is in, head to Holland-on-Sea beach, even at high tide you can still find some sand to sit on.

Dovercourt 10 miles and Harwich 12 miles if you fancy exploring.

Country Walks

FRESH AIR IN THE BIG OUTDOORS

Enjoy many miles of walks using public footpaths and bridleways located close to our campsite, ideal for bird watchers and dog walkers. Details of some of the places where you can walk can be found in our walks section .

The walk to Hilltop Garden Centre (dog friendly).

The Walk to Clacton Shopping Outlet via the Bridleway.

We are also located near the Kirby Backwaters ideal for bird watching.
